Privacy Policy — Pro-Glide

This Privacy Policy explains how the Pro-Glide app ("we", "us", "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information. Pro-Glide is a device compatibility and inventory tool for mobile spare-parts shops.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, shop name, email address, and (if you sign up with phone) your mobile number. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication.
• App content you create: your saved inventory items and store locations.
• Subscription status: your current plan and expiry, validated through Google Play Billing.
• Limited usage data: basic, anonymous analytics (e.g. searches performed) used to improve the app.

2. How we use your information

To provide and operate the app (sign-in, search, inventory, subscriptions), to validate purchases, to provide customer support, and to improve features. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party services

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore) — stores your account profile and inventory securely.
• Google Play Billing — processes subscription payments. We do not receive or store your card details.
• Google AdMob (for non-premium users) — may show ads and use advertising identifiers per Google's policies.

These services have their own privacy policies governing their handling of data.

4. Data storage & security

Data is stored on Google Firebase servers and protected by Firestore security rules so that you can only access your own data. Local copies are cached on your device for offline use.

5. Account & data deletion

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and saved inventory. See our Account & Data Deletion page for details, or email us to request deletion.

6. Children

The app is intended for business users (shop owners) and is not directed at children under 13.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
