Account & Data Deletion — Pro-Glide

You can permanently delete your Pro-Glide account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

1. Open the Pro-Glide app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Email stark.ai.india@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". We will process your request within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, shop name, email, phone).
• Your saved inventory items and store locations.
• Your authentication record.

What may be retained

Purchase / subscription transaction records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. These records are not used to identify you after deletion.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. To stop future billing, cancel the subscription in the Play Store: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
